Instructions

  1. Crush fennel seed by hand in a mortar/pestle, or put all herbs thru a grinder.

    Add vinegar to the ground meat, then add all herbs. Blend thoroughly until spices are mixed uniformly. For more kick, add dried hot peppers. Meat is grilled in a medium hot skillet, about 5 minutes.   Can store for a day or use right away.
