Instructions

  1. Separate eggs and store the whites for another purpose.  Beat yolks, sugar and nutmeg in large mixing bowl until mixture lightens in color and falls off whisk in a solid ribbon.  Combine dairy, booze and salt in another bowl or pitcher. Slowly beat into egg mixture. Store in a glass jar (or two) in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 weeks (Although you can also drink right away).  Serve in mugs or cups, top with nutmeg.
