Anita’s Beef Stroganoff
This recipe is from my wonderful mother-in-law. I have made it both on the stove top and in a slow cooker. Delicious either way.

Cut beef into 1-1/2-inch pieces. Dust with flour and garlic salt and brown in canola oil in Dutch oven. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 2 hours +/- until very tender. Serve over rice or noodles.
