Ingredients: 1/4 c olive oil; 2 Tbsp butter; 2 Tbsp flour; 1 c chicken stock; 2 cloves garlic; 2 Tbsp fresh parsley; 2 tsp lemon juice; 2 cans artichoke hearts; 2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese; 1 tsp capers; salt; pepper

Ingredients

¹⁄₄ c olive oil
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 c chicken stock
2 cloves garlic (mashed)
2 Tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
2 tsp lemon juice
2 cans artichoke hearts (drained and quartered)
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
1 tsp capers
salt (to taste)
pepper (to tastte)

Instructions

Heat oil and butter. Whisk in flour. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in stock. Cook 1 minute. Add garlic, parsley, lemon, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes. Add artichokes, Parmesan cheese and capers. Cook 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
