Artichoke Spaghetti Sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat oil and butter.  Whisk in flour.  Cook 3 minutes.  Stir in stock.  Cook 1 minute. Add garlic, parsley, lemon, salt and pepper.  Cook for 5 minutes.  Add artichokes, Parmesan cheese and capers.  Cook 10 minutes.  Serve and enjoy!
