Baked Red Potatoes with Dill

Ingredients

2 lbs red potatoes (quartered)
1 tsp salt
1/4 c olive oil
3 Tbsp dill (fresh, sprigs)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a baking pan toss together potatoes, salt and oil. Roast in middle of oven stirring occasionally , until potatoes are golden: approx. 25 minutes.
