BBQ Shrimp – New Orleans Style
This recipe came from my longtime friend, Kathy Kelly, who was born and raised in New Orleans. She knows good food! This may seem like a lot of ingredients – trust me, it’s worth it!

Preheat oven to 375.
Fry bacon – add butter and all other ingredients except shrimp. Simmer 5 minutes.
Place shrimp in a baking dish and pour sauce over shrimp and stir thoroughly.
Bake uncovered 20 minutes, stirring twice during baking. Serve over rice.
Serve with plenty of French bread for sopping up the amazing sauce.
