Chocolate Chip Pecan Cookies

Blend together to make the batter: 3/4 cup butter, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup coconut oil, 2/3 cup white sugar, 2 eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Mix together the dry ingredients: 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1 1/4 cup finely ground oatmeal/oatmeal flour and 1 teaspoon salt. Add all dry ingredients gradually to the batter until completely mixed.
Stir in 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 cup chopped pecans. Form in even sized balls on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool on pan for two minutes before removing with a spatula onto split open brown paper bag to fully cool.
