Cookie Dough Dip

Ingredients

1 can white beans
¹⁄₈ tsp baking soda (heaping)
¹⁄₃ c peanut butter
1 ¹⁄₄ c pitted dates (soak in water, ideally 8 hrs)
¹⁄₈ tsp salt
1 ¹⁄₃ Tbsp vanilla
¹⁄₃ c chocolate chips
3 Tbsp milk

Instructions

Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a food processor and process until very smooth. Mix in chocolate chips. Grab a spoon and enjoy! Can also be a great addition to overnight oats.
