Galen Smith’s Salmon

Using a 9 x 13 glass pan, mix wet ingredients for a marinade. Could add more spices, dill is just one thought. Place salmon skin up in pan. Add water to cover fish.
Let marinate for about 1 hour.
Broil or cook on a grill for about 10 minutes on each side, start with skin down. I like to use a grilling mesh. Should be a light pink all the way through.
