Minister Mary Sue’s Favorite Fresh Salad Dressing

We also use this as a marinade for chicken. It can easily be doubled.

Ingredients

¹⁄₄ c olive oil (extra virgin)
¹⁄₄ c vinegar (balsamic)
1 garlic clove (minced)
1 tsp parsley (fresh chopped, 1/2 tsp if dried)
¹⁄₄ tsp mustard (Dijon)
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp maple syrup
salt & pepper (fresh ground to taste)

Instructions

Mix thoroughly and it is ready for one large salad.
