Minister Mary Sue’s Favorite Fresh Salad Dressing

We also use this as a marinade for chicken. It can easily be doubled.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1/4 c vinegar (balsamic)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 tsp parsley (fresh chopped, 1/2 tsp if dried)
  • 1/4 tsp mustard (Dijon)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • salt & pepper (fresh ground to taste)

    Mix thoroughly and it is ready for one large salad.
