Orange Ginger Butter Sauce

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat and stir orange marmalade till just melted.  In a medium bowl beat butter until fluffy.  Fold in other ingredients. Chill covered at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with cooked vegetables such as asparagus, green beans or snow peas.
