Makes approximately 1 cup

Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

¹⁄₂ c creamy peanut butter
1 Tbsp lime juice
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp sesame oil
a few drops of chili oil
2 medium cloves garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp coconut milk
1 ¹⁄₂ tsp grated ginger
chicken stock powder (optional)

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together. You can double or quadruple this recipe and it freezes well. It goes well as a sauce with spring rolls or simply on fried tofu.
