Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugar, then add molasses, cream and eggs. Sift together the dry ingredients and mix in with the butter, sugar, etc. Chill dough overnight before rolling out. Roll thin, cut any shape. Sprinkle with sugar or decorate before baking, but not if using frosting. Bake first, then frost. Lightly grease cookie sheets, bake approximately 8 minutes. Roll them very thin and bake less minutes. 

    This is the way the Swedes roll them, but thicker works as well. Enjoy!
