Instructions

  1. Process artichokes, spinach, mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic and pepper in a  blender.  Roll out pastry.  Spread blended mix on the pastry.  Roll up like a jelly roll.  Wrap in plastic and freeze for 30 minutes.  Take out and slice into 1/2" slices.  Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
