Pulled Pork Patty Adolph

Slice onion and put in crock pot with roast. Put rest of onion on top. Pour ginger ale over all. Cook medium high 4-5 hrs. Dump liquid, save onions if desired. Pull pork, then return pork and onions to pot and add sauce. Cook low 2+hrs. You can freeze and use later.
(Shoulder or butt roasts are cheap, but good because the fat melts away and is easier to pull.)
