Quick, Easy, and Delicious Meat and Veggie Soup
Enjoy this easy and delicious soup! It also freezes well!

Brown the ground meat. Drain. Sauté chopped onion and celery. Add large can V8 or tomato juice. Using the can, add water, about 1 large can. Add bag of frozen mixed vegetables. Flavor to taste - salt, pepper, herbs, sugar, red wine, etc. Simmer 1 hour.
Optional: 1 cup rice or 12 oz noodles. Add more water if the soup gets too thick.
