Raw Apple Bread
This is a recipe is from a co-worker, and was handed down in her family. I really love this recipe and also, you can mail it to someone because it's better after 2-3 days.

Sift together flour, soda and salt in a large bowl. In another bowl, cream shortening, 1 cup sugar and eggs. Blend in flour. Add milk, vanilla, apples and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan.
Mix 3 Tbsp sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
