(for top and bottom of pie)
Instructions

Combine rhubarb, sugar, orange rind, eggs, flour and salt. Fill a 9” pie crust. Dot with the butter and adjust top crust. Bake in a hot oven at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes.
