Sour Cream Raisin Pie
This was always my dad's birthday 'cake'.

Boil raisins in a little water until soft. Beat the eggs, then add all other ingredients and mix well. Fill 2 8” pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.Source: This is a family recipe.
