Spice Zucchini Cake

Mix together butter, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and zucchini. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Mix in raisins and/or nuts if using. Place in a greased 9X13” pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
