Garnish:
shredded cheese and tortilla chips
Instructions

Combine the first 8 ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to boil over medium high heat, stirring to avoid sticking. Reduce heat and simmer about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Top each serving with shredded cheese and crumbled tortilla chips.
