Welsh Cakes / Tysin Lap

Mix all ingredients together.
Roll to 1/4 inch (not too thin), fry on griddle and flip. Cut out with cookie cutter or equivalent. Each cake should be about two inches in diameter. I use a juice glass or empty jar that has a 2 inch diameter to serve as a cookie cutter.
Optional: dip in sugar on both sides when wet (not done in Wales).
